Baggage Allowance

Your ticket entitles you exclusively to 2 medium suitcases weighing 35 pounds each in the trunk, while the allowed luggage for children or minors is 1 medium suitcase weighing 35 pounds.

Excess or Oversized Luggage

Any type of luggage that is not a standard suitcase is considered excess baggage or oversized luggage.

• As long as it has wheels, this type of luggage will be allowed, with a maximum limit of 2 units per person.

• Excess baggage is subject to space availability and its acceptance is not always guaranteed.

• Examples of oversized luggage or excess baggage include televisions, boxes, coolers, strollers, paint cans, among others.

Carry-On Luggage

Your ticket entitles you to one briefcase, backpack, or personal bag not exceeding 10 pounds in the luggage compartment that belongs to your assigned seat.

Pets

No, the company currently does not accept pet services on trips and it is not allowed.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed on our travel routes:
